A popular Indo-Chinese recipe made at home with simple steps. Add more vegetables, so that its healthy too.

Servings: 4 Persons


Hakka Noodles – 2 packets

Onion – 2 nos. Sliced thin (optional)

Soy Sauce – 1tsp

Carrot – 1no. Sliced thin

French Beans – 5nos Sliced thin

Capsicum – ½ Sliced thin

Cabbage – Shredded – 2 cups

Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed

Salt – to taste

Black Pepper – 1 tsp (freshly grounded)

Oil – 6tsp

Spring Onion – ½ cup chopped


Cook hakka noodles as per the instructions in pack and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add crushed garlic, vegetables & sauté in high flame.

Add Noodles, salt, sauce, freshly grounded pepper and saute well.


Dole out yummy hot Veg Hakka Noodles, garnishing with spring onions.
