Home made Pizza Dough – Click here
Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup Grated
Cooked Chicken – 1 cup
Onion – ½ cup, chopped (optional)
Tomatoes – ½ cup, chopped (optional)
Capsicum – ½ cup, chopped (optional)
Sweet Corn – ¼ cup, chopped (optional)
Pizza Sauce or tomato sauce
Salt – to taste
Oregano leaves (optional)
Heat oven for 5 minutes.
Use home made Pizza base, knead to ½cm thin if you need it crisp, or 1cm thick, if you require soft.
Spread the sauce on the pizza dough.
Spread the vegetables of your choice. Sprinkle salt.
Spread the cheese on top.
Place it in Oven, Bake for 20 minutes in 350°
Sprinkle Oregano leaves (optional).
